Conditions of Entry and Patron Safety

The health and safety of all who visit the Pavilion Theatre is our highest priority. As such we have introduced an array of COVID safety protocols. These requirements may change based on advice from NSW Health, so please be sure to visit this page prior to your visit for the most up-to-date information.

MASKS ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Masks are highly recommended at all times you are in the theatre for those aged 12+.

 

IF YOU ARE UNWELL, PLEASE STAY HOME

Please do not attend if you feel unwell, are experiencing any symptoms of COVID and/or have been in contact with a confirmed case or are awaiting COVID test results. Please call our booking office prior to your performance so that we can transfer your ticket or issue a refund if required.

 

VACCINATION

There is no requirement to be vaccinated against COVID-19 to attend the Pavilion Theatre. In accordance with Australian government guidelines, we strongly encourage all who are eligible to receive an approved COVID-19 vaccination.

 

CAPACITY LIMITS & SEATING CONFIGURATIONS

In accordance with NSW Health guidelines, the Pavilion Theatre may play up to 100% capacity for all performances. There will not be physical distancing within the auditorium, and you may have patrons sitting directly next to, in front of, and behind you.

 

KEEP YOUR DISTANCE WHEN QUEUING & MOVING

To assist with social distancing, we strongly encourage you to stay in your allocated seat unless you are purchasing food & beverage or using the restrooms, in which case we ask that when you finish you move back to your allocated seat as soon as possible. When you move around the foyer, please follow the signs and directions of our front-of-house volunteers.

 

INCREASED HYGIENE MEASURES

We are performing additional deep cleaning before and after shows, including frequent sanitisation of high use surfaces. In addition, hand sanitiser is provided throughout the foyer.

 

CASHLESS

The Pavilion Theatre is currently cashless, and we can only accept contactless payments at our bar and box office.
